Our strategy is evident in our innovative products targeted at specific market segments such as: Paradigm Daily Contribution Scheme (PDCS) which is a strategic product, developed from Paradigm Land Acquisition Scheme (PLA), aimed at making the acquisition of land and subsequent ownership of homes easy for daily traders, artisans, sales assistance, etc. Just like the normal daily or monthly contribution by these categories of people for the purpose of meeting one need or the other which may not be land ownership, so, can a subscriber to this scheme become a proud owner of plot or plots of land in our Estate-Paradigm Phase II with as low as N250.00 being contributed daily or monthly cumulatively.
Paradigm Easy Home Acquisition Scheme (PEHAS) this a strategic product developed from Paradigm Home Acquisition Scheme, it is a unique product where you can own a home within a minimum of nine (9) months via daily contribution of a minimum of N3,750.00.
