Paradigm Land Acquisition- Daily/ Monthly Contribution Scheme (DCS) / (MCS)-
This is a strategic product aimed at making the acquisition of land and subsequent ownership of homes easy for daily traders and artisans, also. Salary earners. Just like the normal daily or monthly contribution by these categories of people for the purpose of meeting one need or the other which is not land ownership, so, can a subscriber to this scheme become a proud owner of plot or plots of land in our Phase 2 Estate-Paradigm Phase II with as low as N250.00 being contributed daily or monthly depending as the case may be.
Paradigm Land Acquisition Scheme (PLA) -
We are sponsors of PARADIGM ESTATES: PHASE 1 and PHASE 2 situated at Eguru/Omu Ajoyinre village in Obafemi/Owode-Egba Local Government Area in Ogun State, Nigeria. This Estate is being developed on over 650 acres of land size in its phase 1 and 2 development stage; on these land size we are proposing PLA and other products of our company.
The acquisition could be by outright purchase or through other payment plan for flexibility depending as the case maybe, i.e, 10% - 20% upfront and (90% - 80% of equal installment over 24 months period, interest free). Paradigm Estate has been richly subscribed into by elites, while builder's works are in their on-going development stages which can be seen directly on the sites within the estates; not just via pictures, though, pictures do not lie; below are concise detail on our estates on offer to you.

- Paradigm Estate phase 1: This is a Real Etate product, offering lands at N800, 000.00/plot. Would-be subscribers can own from one plots by paying a minimum of 20% upfront payment and spread balance within 12 months, 18 months and 24 months period without interest depending as the case may be.

This product being offered is aimed at providing aesthetically/structurally balanced buildings that would be quite affordable to intended off-takers. Paradigm Associate Properties Ltd is well positioned to provide different functional home designs ranging from bungalows to flats and duplexes, priced from N3.9Million and above with the land depending on the finishes; This offer is promotional and the specification for finishes include all floor tiles, wall tiles, amitage sanitaries, well polished doors including security doors, all of European Standard, aluminium roof and windows, synthetic ceiling materials and dulux wall paints.
We would successfully midwife housing delivery on agreed terms (though a pseudo-mortgage or mortgage, here the payment plan for the land and building would run simultaneously but, independently with a provision for re-payment relief break as would be agreed between the mortgagor and mortgagee within reasonable interest rate that is competitive) to willing/able and eligible subscribers in good time without compromising quality. Clasic Park is a proposed serene residential development estate to be situated at Ajah in Lagos along Lekki/Epe Expressway. Quite a good place for residential resettlement with good number of estates designed/built for medium to high-income earners. We will do well to appreciate that Investments in most of companies' ordinary shares are not so encoraging today in Nigeria and world over.
